Missoula Fishing Report
July 28
The rivers have slightly bumped, while the water temperatures have dropped. Today is supposed to be overcast again, though not as cool as yesterday. By Friday, it should be heating back up to the mid 90’s. Beat the heat and set your alarm for sunrise- fill your fly boxes with some tricos, a couple of PMDs, and some hoppers. Get out early and throw a dry fly. Get into some fast deep water and work your magic. If you’re headed to the Blackfoot, don’t forget your streamers. With the clouds, it would be in your favor to get on the Bitterroot or the Lower Clark Fork. Happy fishing!
