How's The Fishing?

June through October is when Montana fly fishing is at its best. These are the hatches that put this state on the map. June starts with the Salmon Fly hatch - the biggest dry fly event of the year. Fish are aggressive, you're throwing size 4 and 6 flies, and you're not going to find action like this in many places. Golden Stones and Green Drakes carry you into July. August is Hopper season. Big foam flies, big fish, and the kind of fishing people plan trips around for years. September brings Tricos and Blue Winged Olives - smaller bugs, but some of the most rewarding dry fly fishing of the season. Summer rates are higher because it's peak season - and peak season is peak season for a reason. This is the trip.

3 Days Guided / 4 Nights Lodging, $1,695 per Person, Double Occupancy

Three full days of guided float fishing on the Clark Fork, Blackfoot, or Bitterroot, plus four nights at the DoubleTree Hotel right in downtown Missoula. You'll eat well, sleep well, and fish hard. Book guided trips and a hotel separately and you're paying more. This package just makes sense.

The DoubleTree Hotel sits on the bank of the Clark Fork River. After a full day on the water with our guides, you can step outside the hotel and keep fishing. It's that kind of trip. Downtown Missoula is right there too, with great food and breweries a short walk away.

What's Included: All gear, non-alcoholic beverages, riverside lunch, transportation, instruction, and rafts.

What's Not Included: Alcohol, sunglasses, rain gear, warm layers, sunscreen, fishing license, and guide gratuity.

Licenses and Gratuity not Included. Package rates valid June 1st through October 31st. Rates are based on double occupancy / 2 anglers per boat.

Cancel 30 or more days out and you'll get a full refund. Cancel within 30 days and your deposit rolls over to any trip booked within the next year. We require a deposit to hold your dates. Full payment is due 14 days before the trip. A deposit locks in your rate.
