The Full Simms Wader Lineup, From Tributary to G4Z

Simms has been in the wader business since 1980 and has called Bozeman, Montana home since 1992. Their GORE-TEX waders are still sewn and individually leak tested in Bozeman, so a G3 Guide or G4Z is about as Montana as a pair of waders gets. We stock the whole lineup of Simms waders, from the Tributary for anglers getting started to the G4Z for guides who spend more days in waders than out of them.

• G4Z Stockingfoot: the top of the line, built in Bozeman with a GORE-TEX Pro shell and a front zipper that makes them easy to get in and out of.
• G3 Guide: Simms's guide grade wader, built in Bozeman with GORE-TEX Pro. Available as a men's stockingfoot, women's stockingfoot, bootfoot, and a wading pant for warm weather and shallow water.
• Freestone and Freestone Z: the mid-priced workhorse in a tough four layer Toray fabric. Available as a men's stockingfoot, women's stockingfoot, wading pant, and with a front zipper in the Freestone Z stockingfoot and Freestone Z bootfoot.
• Tributary: Simms's entry level wader and a solid first pair. Available in men's, women's, and kids' sizes.
• Flyweight Packable: an ultralight stockingfoot wader that packs down small for long walks in to the water.

Add a pair of Guide Guard neoprene socks if you wet wade or want extra warmth under your boots.

Fit is where most wader purchases go wrong, and it is hard to fix once you are standing in the river.
