Simms Men's G3 Guide BOA Boot Wading Boot

Simms moved the Guide BOA onto the G3 platform, and this is the boot we hand to people who are on the water more days than they are off it. One twist of the BOA dial closes the whole boot evenly, which you will appreciate the first cold morning you gear up over waders with hands that do not work yet. No frozen laces, no stopping mid-run to retie.

The G3 chassis underneath is the stiff, supportive one built for long wades and loaded packs, not for strolling a gravel bar. It comes in Hickory.

Pick Vibram if you hike to your water or fish rivers with mixed footing. Pick felt where the rock is slick and felt is still legal, which covers most of our local freestone. Sizes 7 through 14.
